\nCode Rood\u00a0is already happening in two months! On the 24th\u00a0of August the Code\u00a0Rood camp will begin in Groningen. Past Saturday was the first action training\u00a0session\u00a0for the mass action of the 28th\u00a0of August. It was an inspiring day with an enthusiastic group op people.\u00a0Watch the report by OOG here<\/a>. This will be the\u00a0biggest civil disobedience action for Groningen and the Climate, in the\u00a0Netherlands!
\n1.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0ACTION CONFERENCE 30 JUNE &\u00a01\u00a0JULY<\/strong>
\nThe next\u00a0action conference is coming up soon. This is an important moment as this willth\u00a0of June\u00a0and the 1st\u00a0of July. On Saturday there will be a discussion about\u00a0the action consensus and on\u00a0Sunday there will be time for the working groups to\u00a0meet up. This will also be a moment where you can decide to join one of the\u00a0working groups. There will also be an\u00a0open space where there will (among other\u00a0things) be a discussion on how we will organize the sit blockade. We can take care\u00a0of accommodation for Saturday night. If\u00a0you aren\u2019t able to join for the entire\u00a0weekend then you can also decide to come for only one of the two days.
\nSo sign up for the action conference on the 31st\u00a0of June and the 1st\u00a0of July!<\/a>
\n2.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0ACTION TRAININGS<\/strong>
\nThe first\u00a0action training session was a success! And the next one is already planned!\u00a0\u00a0Civil disobedience is not something you\u00a0participate in on your average Sunday\u00a0morning. That is why it is a good idea to\u00a0participate in one of the action training sessions. People with experience are\u00a0also more than welcome to participate as you can\u00a0share your experiences, extend\u00a0your network and refresh your good old sit blockade skills. Together we can\u00a0prepare for a safe and efficient action in August!

\nFloris has written a short column (in Dutch but you can still help!) about his experiences with civil disobedience and with a shout out to the action in Groningen. You can help to get this column published in the biggest newspaper of the Netherlands (the Metro), thereby we can reach 550,000 people and earn 50 bucks for Code Rood!
