This is the info evening of Code Rood. \u00a0You may have heard that we originally thought of having two events on this evening. These will be combined into this one.
\nIn the summer of 2018 the dutch climate-action network CODE ROOD will, together with local organisations, organise an actioncamp, demonstrations, and large scale civil disobedient action against the gas extraction in Groningen. \u00a0 These actions may also be targeted at other dirty and dangerous fossil fuel infrastructure in the province, like the Essent\/RWE coal power station in Eemshaven.
\nThis first info night is meant as an introduction for people who are interested, and who would like to be involved. You are invited to think with us on the best dates, and how it should be done. Or work with us to organise it all. \u00a0A group of people from CODE ROOD will be present to meet people from Groningen in the preparations for the coming Actionconference: Groningen and Climate!<\/a>, on 27th January. \u00a0We hope to exchange ideas and learn from each other about possibilities for common action in 2018.<\/p>\n
